Clare Mayo

Clare Mayo has been working in Human Resources for over 25 years. Clare began their career with Hanson Aggregates in October 1994, where they held various HR roles. In October 2000, they transferred to Hanson Building Products as Head of HR. While at Hanson Building Products, they were on the m&a team and was responsible for acquiring 10 businesses. In December 2007, they left Hanson Building Products to become the HR Director at Hanson.

Clare Mayo has a BTEC in Business and Finance from Frome Community College, as well as an MCIPD from UWE.

Clare Mayo works with Gareth Price - Cement Technical Director, Rod Lafargue - Procurement Director, and Alex Lanfear - IT Director. Clare Mayo reports to Simon Willis, CEO.
