Joe Yusuf Saputra

Joe Yusuf Saputra has held various roles in the insurance industry since 2003. Their most recent position was as the Head of the National Recruitment Department at Hanwha Life Indonesia starting in November 2023. Before that, they worked as a Business Director at Manulife from January to August 2023. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Regional Sales Director and also worked in priority circle and recruitment at FWD Life Indonesia. Prior to that, they held positions such as City Head at PT AIA in 2016, Agency Senior Sales Head at PT AIA Financial from 2014 to 2016, and Agency Sales Head at PT AIA Financial Indonesia from 2012 to 2014. Joe also has experience as a Training Development Manager Shariah at Sun Life Financial Indonesia, Assistant Director of Agency at Great Eastern Indonesia, Senior Assistant Manager Training and Development at PT Chartis Insurance Indonesia, and in Training and Development at PT. MaeSa Consulting Indonesia.

Joe Yusuf Saputra received a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Lampung University, where they studied from 1992 to 1997.
