Kristen Baxter has extensive experience in customer service and management within the logistics and transportation industries. Currently serving as a Customer Service Supervisor-Brokerage at Hanzo Logistics since April 2022, Kristen has previously held roles such as Driver Manager at Tradition Transportation Group LLC and Customer Service Representative positions at both Tradition Transportation and KJS Transport. Kristen's career began at Swift Transportation, followed by a long tenure at Celadon Group Inc., where customer service expertise was developed over nearly two decades. Additionally, Kristen completed a Certificate in Medical Terminology at South Suburban College between 1989 and 1991.
