Peter Busby

Peter Busby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business change and transformation. As the Founder and Director of GRAYCE since November 2012, Peter has spearheaded the recruitment of leading graduates as Grayce Project Analysts. In addition, Peter serves as a Non-Executive Director at The Trusted Executive Foundation and Chairman of hap Solutions Group. Previously, Peter was an Executive Adviser at Integrc, a leading SAP GRC firm, and co-founded Xayce Consulting, which focused on business change solutions for major blue-chip organizations. Early career experience includes roles as a Management Consultant at Andersen Consulting and a Chartered Accountant at Coopers & Lybrand. Peter holds a 2:1 degree in Politics from The University of Sheffield.
