Tom Ferries is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor and Chief Executive Officer at Hapax since December 2023, Tom Ferries focuses on transforming banking practices through innovative AI solutions tailored for the industry. Previously, Tom Ferries held the CEO position at CBANC from August 2020 to April 2024 and managed banking services at The Auto Club Group. Tom Ferries has also held significant roles at JPMorgan Chase, USAA, and Ford Motor Credit Company, and began a military career as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army Reserve. Tom Ferries earned a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
