Antoine Richard has a long and varied work experience. Antoine started their career in 2002 as Marketing Manager for Vichy Laboratories at L'Oréal. In this role, they were responsible for the launch of the Vichy brand in India, overseeing the marketing budget and developing the marketing plan. In 2004, they joined Entre-Prises International (climbing walls) - ABEO group as CEO. Here, they managed a turnover of 21 million euros and a team of 300 people. In 2016, they founded Hapik, a company dedicated to bringing climbing and its values to everyone by opening and operating fun climbing centers.
