Olga McGowan has a diverse work experience in compliance and regulatory roles. Olga is currently working at Happening as a Technical Compliance Product Manager, where they collaborate with internal stakeholders to define legislative requirements and translates them into detailed specifications for the delivery teams. Olga prioritizes initiatives based on various factors and coordinates release plans with marketing and support teams.

Prior to this, Olga worked at Tradex Ltd as a Regulatory and Technical Compliance Manager. Their responsibilities included supporting license applications and renewals, enhancing systems for monitoring customer activity and AML controls, and conducting reviews to improve procedures and controls. Olga also managed regulatory compliance risks and ensured marketing approvals met industry standards.

Olga also has experience at Tombola International Plc as a Compliance Executive, where they successfully led license applications and transfers in multiple jurisdictions. Olga also completed business transfers and set up company and banking operations in foreign jurisdictions.

Finally, in 2014 to 2016, Olga completed a Professional Diploma in Financial Advice, focusing on Financial Planning and Services, from the Life Insurance Association Ireland.
