Illona Fedora has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Illona is currently employed as a Website Developer & Optimization Specialist at Happeo, a leading intranet provider for fast-moving companies. Prior to this, Illona worked as a Website Developer and CRO Specialist at illona.codes, where they focused on developing websites and optimizing conversion rates. Illona also gained experience as a UX Design Intern at A.P. Moller - Maersk and as a Student Assistant at Utrecht University of Applied Sciences.

In addition, Illona worked as a Web Developer at Speakap | Engage smarter and as a Junior Front End Developer / Project Manager at Quince Amsterdam BV. Illona also had a role as Account Support at Quince Amsterdam BV.

Illona began their professional journey as a Marketing Communication and Branding Intern at Registered2, where they worked on creating the brand identity for a soon-to-launch eco-friendly social media platform. Prior to that, they gained administrative experience as an Administrative Assistant at PT Smartalent during an internship program after graduating high school.

Illona Fedora earned a Master's degree in Data Driven Design from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) in 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in International Communication Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences in the period from 2011 to 2015.
