Tyler Schadt

Tyler Schadt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate operations, business development, and mental health advocacy. Currently serving as the Real Estate Operations and Business Development Lead at Happier since September 2020, Tyler previously founded the Enlightened Foundation, focusing on suicide and mental health awareness, raising over $13,000 through fundraising events from October 2019 to February 2022. As the owner of Enlightened, a functional superfoods and coffee company, Tyler promoted mental well-being from May 2016 to February 2022. Earlier in Tyler's career, significant experience was gained as a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap in commercial investment real estate from June 2013 to January 2020. Tyler holds a Financial B.A. in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University at Buffalo, earned between 2009 and 2013.
