Dawn Mauricio

Dawn Mauricio is an experienced Buddhist meditation teacher currently affiliated with Spirit Rock Meditation Center, Ten Percent Happier, Sounds True, SACRED MOUNTAIN SANGHA, and True North Insight Meditation. Since September 2017, Dawn has served as a teacher at Spirit Rock, while also mentoring in mindfulness meditation teacher certification programs and offering retreats. Dawn's teaching experience extends to community meditation and retreats through various organizations, complemented by previous roles at Inward Bound Mindfulness Education and Callisto Media as an author. Dawn's educational background includes extensive training in Dharma, mindfulness, and yoga, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Concordia University.
