Ben Towers has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ben is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Happl since November 2022. Ben is also a Member of Founders Pledge since January 2023.

In the past, they have served as an Ambassador for The Prince's Trust, Dogs Trust, Duke Of York (iDEA), The Diana Award, and The Young Lives Foundation, starting from August 2016. Ben was also an Advisor at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) from May 2019 to December 2021.

Ben Towers was a Communications Director & Advisor at GSK from November 2018 to March 2020. Ben also worked as an Angel Investor and made investments in companies such as Press London, GripIt, MiiCare, Zing Zing, Good Box Co, and Oval Money from January 2018 to March 2020.

Ben was the Director for Zest The Agency during the acquisition period in 2017, where they oversaw the merger and focused on growing their youth engagement offering. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Towers Design, now known as Zest The Agency, which they started at the age of 13 as a sole trader in their bedroom.

Ben Towers has also served as a Director at Young Start-up Talent, working on growing the brand and improving the offering for young people and sponsors. Ben was an FSB Connect Ambassador & National Counsellor at the Federation of Small Businesses, where they helped build the strategy and launch a new initiative to engage young people, and represented young people and the Kent region on the National Council board.

Ben Towers attended Rainham Mark Grammar School from 2010 to 2015, where they received their GCSE degree. During this time, they studied Business, Music, and Computing. From 2015 to 2017, Ben Towers pursued an apprenticeship at Towers Design, focusing on Social Media. In 2022, they briefly studied at Y Combinator during the Winter 2022 term, but the field of study is not specified.
