John Franks

John Franks is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, operations, and product development. Currently serving as a Brew Crew Advocate at Happy Brew Inc, John collaborates on initiatives to support the neurodivergent community. Previously, as EVP at Flagler Hospital, John directed the Ambulatory Enterprise's growth and operations, expanding its services to 35 providers. Prior roles include VP of Clinical Integration, where John managed M&A strategies, and Executive Director of First Coast Health Alliance, where John contributed to value-based care strategies. Earlier experiences also encompass leadership positions at U.S. Preventive Medicine, Shands Jacksonville Medical Center, and Amerigroup Corporation, complemented by a Master's in Health Administration from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor's in Finance from Florida State University.
