Ricardo Dowry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as a Partner at Tyleia since May 2024, Ricardo has also held the position of Director of Operations at Happy Customers since 2012. Prior experience includes various roles at Xerox from 2007 to 2012, including Workforce Management Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Technical Support Representative. Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Information & Communication Technology from Vector Technology Institute, where studies were completed between 2012 and 2015.
