Michael Babker

Michael Babker has a diverse work experience. Michael began their career in 2005 as an Information Technology Specialist in the US Army. In 2012, they joined Joomla! as a member of the Production Leadership Team. In 2017, they were promoted to Production Department Coordinator and served on the Board of Directors of Open Source Matters, Inc. In 2016, they joined Happy Dog as Lead Data Architect, where they oversee the development and maintenance of over 40 PHP based applications. Michael is also responsible for performance and monitoring integrations and efficient automated testing.

Michael Babker obtained their Associate's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix between 2009 and 2011. Michael then obtained their A+ certification from CompTIA in July 2013 and their Security+ certification from CompTIA in January 2011.
