Elizabeth Hunter has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Elizabeth started their career at McDonald's Corporation, where they worked for seven years and gained valuable experience in food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
After McDonald's, Elizabeth worked at SPL International as a Technical Administrator, where they were involved in various tasks related to the technical department, such as HACCP training, updating process flows, and knowledge of BRC standards. Elizabeth then joined Bevie as a Technical Officer, where they had responsibilities in hygiene operations, technical and quality assistance, and liaising with cross-functional teams.
Elizabeth then transitioned to Trigon Snacks Trading Ltd as a Technical Technologist, supporting the site Technical Manager in ensuring safety, legality, quality, and brand standards for own brands. Elizabeth also wrote specifications, utilized customer portals, and ensured compliance with technical policies and legal requirements.
At Sime Darby Oils, Elizabeth worked as a Quality Assurance Technologist and implemented an internal audit and supplier approval system. Elizabeth also updated documents in the Quality Management System during a business transition and participated in audits.
Elizabeth then joined FoodPack as a Specifications Technologist, where they were responsible for creating, reviewing, and managing product and material specifications on retail customers' web-based portals. Elizabeth also managed supplier approval on-site.
Currently, Elizabeth is working at Happy Drinks Group as a Technical Manager, responsible for ensuring product safety, legality, and quality. Elizabeth designs and maintains the site Quality Management System, including HACCP, in line with customer and external auditing bodies' requirements.

Elizabeth Hunter earned a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their A-levels at Broughton Hall High School from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Elizabeth has obtained numerous certifications in areas such as food safety management, health and safety compliance, first aid, auditing, and various aspects of food and beverage management.
