Devon Hess

Devon Hess has a diverse work experience, starting as a Rental Coordinator/Instructor at Marsh Creek Boat Rental in 2013. From there, Devon went on to work as a Direct Care Worker at Public Partnerships LLC from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, Devon worked as a Sales Support Assistant at Trion Group, a Marsh & McLennan Agency, LLC Company. In 2019, Devon took on multiple roles, including Sales Associate at CubeSmart Self Storage, Digital Content Manager at MTD Sports, and Marketing Intern at Franklin Street. In 2020, Devon founded DH Digital Services LLC, focusing on video production for various clients. Moving forward, Devon held the position of Creative Director at happy productions in 2021, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Midhouse.

Devon Hess attended the University of Tampa from 2015 to 2019, where they studied Management. They graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business.
