Raluca Stefanescu

Raluca Stefanescu has held various roles in the recruitment industry since 2009. Raluca began their career as a Recruitment Manager at Tjobs S.A. in 2009. In 2013, they moved to Tjobs.eu as Communications Manager, where they were responsible for providing qualified European employees to companies in the UK, France, Germany, The Netherlands and other European countries. In 2017, they joined Dora, the Recruitment Robot as Social Media Recruitment Marketing & Co-Founder @HappyRecruiter. In this role, they combined Artificial Intelligence technology with Online Marketing and used their 10 years of experience in skilled workers recruitment to ease the recruiters' life.

Raluca Stefanescu obtained a Master's degree in Social Services and Politics from Universitatea “Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca between 2005 and 2007.
