Prateesh KP has been working in the tech industry since 2015. Prateesh began their career at Amazon as a Support Engineer, providing technical solutions for the world's largest e-book publisher, Kindle. Prateesh then moved to a Technical Support Analyst role, where they owned distributive analytics and metrics population of Amazon retail across categories for the US and Canada. Prateesh KP then joined HappyFox in 2018 as a Customer Success Associate, providing technical solutions to customers regarding app usage grievances, workflow configurations, and integrations. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Technical Support Engineer, where they extensively worked with Product and Engineering teams to come up with best practices. Prateesh also joined Shore Group Associates as a Data Automation Engineer.
Prateesh KP completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from SKR Engineering College between 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, they had completed their Higher Secondary in Computer Science from Santhome Higher Secondary School between 2001 and 2008.
