Thomas Iseler

Thomas Iseler has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Thomas currently holds the position of NA Partnerships & Business Advisor at Finboot, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor Partnerships at Data Migration International since May 2022.

Thomas has also been involved with happyly corporate wellness since June 2019, where they served as an Advisor/Head of Partnerships and also as a member of the Advisory Board & Investor. Thomas played a key role in developing innovative corporate wellness solutions to support the mental and physical health of employees.

Before their involvement with happyly, Thomas held the role of SVP Product Management at SNP from May 2019 to November 2021. Thomas also served as EVP/Managing Director Americas at DATAVARD from May 2015 to March 2019, where they provided expert advice and solutions in the areas of Data & Information Lifecycle Management, Test Management, System Management, SAP Restructuring, and System Landscape Optimization.

Prior to that, Thomas worked as EVP Global Strategic Alliances at Basis Technologies (SAP Partner) from July 2010 to April 2015 and as Managing Director at smartShift (SAP Partner) from June 2008 to June 2010.

Thomas began their career at SAP in January 1992, where they held various executive positions in Global Alliances, Sales, and Marketing. Thomas made valuable contributions to the company for over 16 years before transitioning to other roles.

Thomas Iseler completed their education at the University of Cologne, where they obtained an MBA degree. Thomas pursued their studies from 1987 to 1991, focusing on economics, business, organizational science, purchasing, and marketing. During this period, they gained expertise in organizational leadership and marketing, which prepared him for future professional opportunities.
