Bharti Singhal

Bharti Singhal has worked in various roles in the fintech industry since 2013. Bharti began their career as an Application Developer at IBM India Pvt. Ltd. in 2013, followed by a role as a Business Analyst at Nagarro Software in 2015. In 2017, they took on the role of Associate Product Manager at CGI. In 2018, they joined IBM India Private Limited as a Product Manager, where they created a marketplace model for India's leading NBFC in asset based lending. In 2021, they moved to Oyster Financial, Inc. as a Senior Product Manager, where they owned multiple products and optimized the underwriting process to minimize NPA's. Bharti also led the Data Science & Analytics team in scaling phase and innovated a fraud engine and the concept of continuous underwriting. In 2022, Bharti Singhal took on roles as a Product Consultant at Midland Credit Management, an Encore Capital Group Company, and as a Product Leader at GroMo. Bharti also took on an advisory role at Stashfin as a Product Advisor, where they worked on the customer journey to introduce an "aha" experience to the user, and restructured the entire credit engine and underwriting mechanism to give an instant best decision to the customer. Bharti is currently the Head of Product at HAPPY - A Digital Lending Fintech.

Bharti Singhal has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Motivational Pathway, obtained between 2008 and 2012. Bharti also has two certifications from IBM, a BPM certification obtained in December 2014, and a DB2 certification obtained in August 2010. Currently, they are pursuing a Product Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
