Arvi Väänänen

Arvi Väänänen has been working in the business industry since 2005. Arvi began their career as the Chief Executive Officer at DiCode Oy. In 2011, they joined HappyOrNot Ltd. as the Regional Sales Director, Finland. Their role at HappyOrNot has since developed into acting as a business consultant in CX mainly in the Nordics. Additionally, they have held the role of Sales Director at HappyOrNot.

Arvi Väänänen received an M.Sc. (Tech) in Industrial Management from the Tampere University of Technology in 2010.
