Justine Chinoperekweyi

Justine Chinoperekweyi, Ph.D., RODC, COLDC, currently serves as an External Moderator at the University of Namibia and as an Industry Advisory Member at the Harare Institute of Technology. With extensive experience in organizational leadership and development, Justine is the CEO & President of the Centre for Organization Leadership & Development (COLD), overseeing various certification programs and strategic global alliances. Previous roles include Adjunct Professor at Horizons University and Academic Director at the Business Professionals Education Center, among others. Justine holds a PhD in Governance and Leadership and a Master's in Leadership and Management, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance.
