Wade Franchville

Wade Franchville is the Founder and Managing Director of Harba Solutions Inc., a company dedicated to excellence in the Biotechnology Industry, established in July 2021. Previously served as Division Director of Life Sciences at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, where Wade built a national recruitment team focused on scientific skill sets. Earlier experience includes tenure as Sales Manager at ProLink Staffing and as Divisional Practice Lead for Life Sciences at Aerotek, where Wade managed sales and recruitment in Indiana. Wade holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Southern Indiana.
