Justine Douce

Justine Douce is an Enrolled Nurse and Personal Carer currently employed at Harbison since August 2022. Prior to this role, Justine worked at Mantu from June 2019 to May 2022 as a Human Resources Advisor and Sourcing Specialist, contributing to an international group that supports businesses and entrepreneurs worldwide. Justine also gained experience as an HR trainee at FTL (Freight and Transit Company Limited) and Preskil Island Resort in 2018 and 2017, respectively. Justine is pursuing a Diploma of Nursing at TAFE NSW, expected to be completed in January 2024, and holds a BSc (Hons) in Human Resource Management from the University of Mauritius, obtained in 2019.
