Thomas Redd began their career in 1991 as a Medical Equipment Repair Section Manager at 913th Medical Squadron. In 2002, they joined IMPAX Incorporated as a Sales Manager, providing customer service support before and after the sale of equipment and supplies to both existing and new customers. That same year, Thomas Redd also joined the US Air Force Reserve as a First Sergeant-Senior Administrative/Executive Assistant to the Commander, responsible for the morale, health, welfare, and discipline of more than 70 personnel. In 2004, Thomas Redd joined the United States Air Force as a First Sergeant-Executive Assistant to the Deputy Chief of Staff, providing leadership for over 200 personnel and developing and managing daily and weekly duty schedules for over 100 personnel. In 2006, Thomas Redd joined L3 Communications/MPRI/Engility as a Personnel Mentor/Trainer, where they were promoted to Special Forces Trainer/Mentor and trained and mentored the personnel management portion regarding the transition of the 1st Commando Brigade into the Afghan National Army Special Operations Command. In 2013, Thomas Redd joined Staples as an Account Manager - Copy, Print & Promotional Items. Finally, in 2018, Thomas Redd joined Harbor Compliance, where they held roles as an Account Executive, Account Manager, and Sales Development Representative.
Thomas Redd attended Williamsport Area Community College from 1983 to 1985, where they obtained an Associate Degree in Accounting. Thomas also completed the United States Air Force NCO Leadership Course and the United States Air Force First Sergeant Academy.
