Hallie Lucas

Hallie Lucas is a registered nurse with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently, Hallie serves as a Registered Nurse at Harbor Health since October 2022. Previously, Hallie was the nurse navigator lead at Muve Health from August 2017 to October 2022, where responsibilities included coordinating patient engagement and developing educational materials, tracking patients post-discharge to reduce hospital readmissions, and integrating care plans with nursing and physician assessments. Prior roles include serving as an RN at Travis County from July 2015 to August 2017, focusing on primary care and patient education, and working in cardiology/telemetry at St. David's HealthCare from June 2014 to June 2015. Hallie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Austin Community College and an Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing from the same institution, along with undergraduate studies at Texas State University.
