Omair Arfeen started at HHCS 5 years ago, and during that time, he has earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. He is currently working on his Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. While at Harbor, Omair has seen tremendous growth throughout the company and is responsible for analyzing the financial status of the company by collecting, monitoring, and studying data to help forecast and identify the best strategies for future growth. He provides real-time data to assist the Executive Management in making informed decisions. This data is used to track performance and growth, compare site performance across the company, and prepare yearly budgets.

Guiding the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, providing trends and forecasts, monitoring variances, and analyzing results, HHCS will continue to enter new, profitable markets expanding our ability to meet our investor’s expectations.
