Sanjay Dhall currently serves as the Vice Chair for Academic Affairs and Chief of Neurosurgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, as well as a Professor of Neurosurgery at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. In addition to these roles, Sanjay is the Vice President of the California Association of Neurological Surgeons and Chair of the Data Safety Monitoring Board for InVivo Therapeutics, overseeing the INSPIRE 2 clinical trial for acute spinal cord injury. Previous positions include Chief of Spine Surgery at UCSF Medical Center, where Sanjay led the Spinal Cord Injury Program and the Spinal Trauma Clinical Trials Program, and Assistant Professor at Emory Neurosurgery. Sanjay's education includes a Doctor of Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine, a Neurosurgery residency from Emory University School of Medicine, and leadership training from Emory University - Goizueta Business School.
