Fatima Alsaadeh

Fatima AlSaadeh is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering and Head of Search at Harbour, a digital contracting platform for the creator economy, since May 2021. Prior to this role, Fatima held various positions including Senior Software Engineer and Data Scientist at Harbour, and completed a research internship at DIMACS, Rutgers University, where programming modules for semantic extraction from large graph data were developed. Fatima's experience also includes significant contributions at Expedia Group, where assistance in expanding the engineering department at the new office in Amman, Jordan was provided, as well as a Java Developer role at EtQ, where web applications were developed to improve end-user satisfaction. An early internship at Vrije Universiteit Brussel involved integrating web applications to enhance access to numerical models. Fatima holds a Master’s degree in Data Science with a focus on Machine Learning from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology.
