Peter Zhao has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of clinical operations and project management.

From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Country Study Manager at 上海罗氏, where they managed site operations and organized various multinational projects in the areas of oncology, rheumatoid arthritis, and local registration.

From 2010 to 2018, Peter worked as a Project Lead at 璧林格殷格瑞, where they led and managed local Phase I clinical trials, contributed to therapeutic area discussions, and played a role in early development strategies, particularly in traditional Chinese medicine.

In 2018, they joined HARBOUR BIOMED as a Director of Project Management, where they performed the role of a trial-level project manager for a Phase II study in Dry Eye.

In 2019, Peter briefly worked at Everest Group as a Director of Project Management before returning to HARBOUR BIOMED. At HARBOUR BIOMED, they held the position of Therapeutic Area Program Lead, responsible for the development of HBM9161 product in ITP indication and HBM4003+PD-1 combo in various indications like MM, HCC, NSCLC, and NEN.

Currently, Peter serves as the Head of Clinical Operation, Asia-Pacific at HARBOUR BIOMED, where they have successfully motivated the team and achieved outstanding performance in patient recruitment, including rare diseases like 125 MG patients in 6 months.

Peter Zhao completed their Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy at China Pharmaceutical University from 2000 to 2004. peter then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Pharmacy-Pharmaceuticals from Shanghai Medical Research Institute from 2004 to 2007.
