Tracy Ann Shelbourn

Tracy Ann Shelbourn is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in investment and real estate development. As the Founder of Harbourdale Capital since June 2021, Tracy leads a single family office focused on strategic investments in start-up and growth-stage businesses in the UK and USA, utilizing decades of operational expertise. Prior to this, Tracy founded D'Arcy International in 1982, which specializes in residential, healthcare, and leisure property development. Additionally, Tracy founded Tanglewood Care Homes Limited, a group of care homes, in September 1988, and managed it until December 2019.
