Susan Chisholm

Susan Chisholm currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Harbourfront Centre, where responsibilities include developing and executing HR strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and values, while also focusing on workforce planning and competitive positioning in the arts and culture sector. Previously, Susan held the position of Vice President, People & Culture at Henry's for over eleven years, contributing to the company's strategic direction and employee support initiatives, and also served on the board of Henry's Foundation to support mental health efforts. Additional experience includes management roles in human resources at GE Healthcare and a brief tenure as Director of Sales at Conergy AG, where Susan successfully established a start-up operation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University and a Post Graduate Human Resources Management Program from Humber College, along with a CHRL designation.
