Phil Gunther

Phil Gunther has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Phil is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Harcourts North America, starting in December 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of President/Lead Developer at Folium Information Systems since January 2013. From October 2012, Phil worked at Harcourts Prime Properties as the Director of Agent Services, as well as the Chief Technology Officer, Emeritus. Before that, they were the Principal and Director of Operations at HirLan, Inc since April 2012. Other previous roles include Inside Sales at Allied Business School from March 2009 to April 2011, Support Specialist at Ovo Studios from August 2006 to December 2008, and Transaction Manager at RE/Max Real Estate Services from September 2004 to July 2006. Phil started their career as the Manager of Information Technology at Cendant Settlement Services Group in 2002.

Phil Gunther attended UC San Diego from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science.
