Justin Wyborn

Justin Wyborn has a diverse work experience, starting with a current role as President at Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati. Prior to this, they held various positions at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, including Property Assistant General Manager and Vice President of Food and Beverage, Retail. Justin'sresponsibilities in the latter role included overseeing the development of a $1.5 billion extension, handling concept planning, operational oversight, and financial analysis. Before that, Wyborn served as the Director of Fine Dining at The Star Entertainment Group, where they played a significant role in the billion-dollar revamp of The Star Hotel and Casino Sydney. Justin also held management positions at Nobu Restaurants, overseeing general operations and corporate development. Additionally, Wyborn had appearances on reality cooking shows Hell's Kitchen Season 9 and Season 8 as a contestant. Justin'scareer began with positions at Harbor View Hotel, Nobu London Restaurants, and The Savoy Hotel Ltd.

Justin Wyborn completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Hospitality Management at RMIT University from 1995 to 2000. Prior to that, they pursued Liberal Arts at Monash University in 1994 and 1995.
