Paul Stegner

Paul Stegner serves as the Vice President of Gaming Operations at Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati since January 2020, with additional responsibilities in Slot Operations. Stegner has held various positions in the gaming industry, including Director of Casino Operations and Slot Performance Manager at Penn National Gaming and Hollywood Casinos from 2011 to 2020, and Slot Performance Manager and Slot Technician Supervisor at Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem from 2008 to 2011. Earlier experience includes a role as Slot Technician Supervisor at Penn National Gaming and Hollywood Casinos in 2007-2008. Paul Stegner holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Elizabethtown College.
