Mike Knaga

Mike Knaga currently serves as the Director of Customer Care and Executive Host at Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana since March 2021. Prior experience includes a variety of roles at Harrah's Joliet Casino & Hotel from June 2011 to February 2021, such as Hotel/Hospitality Manager, VIP Services Supervisor, Senior Executive Host, and Casino Sales Executive. Earlier in career, Mike held the position of Territory Manager at AllSource Telecom from November 2005 to June 2011. Mike Knaga earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Butler University between 2001 and 2005.
