Tanay Desai

Tanay Desai is an experienced Project Engineer currently at Harder Mechanical Contractors, Inc. since April 2019, where responsibilities include reviewing construction drawings, procuring materials, monitoring field construction, preparing work packages, and developing project schedules using P6. Previously, Tanay held various roles at Skanska from January 2017 to April 2019, including Estimator, Project Engineer, Project Control Engineer, and Estimation Engineer, focusing on cost estimation, project execution planning, and resource scheduling. Tanay also has experience as an Assistant Superintendent and Assistant EHS Manager. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
