Domonique Edwards

Senior Research Consultant at Harder+Company Community Research

Domonique’s mission as a researcher is to advance social change and disrupt structural racism so that families and communities can thrive. She is skilled in qualitative and quantitative analytical methods, and uses strategic data analysis for storytelling and to translate analysis results to actionable decisions for practitioners and future research.

Prior to joining Harder+Company, she supported research as a Consultant working with organizations to build capacity to support equity and inclusion. In this role, Domonique developed an assessment tool to measure organizational progress toward climates for justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as inclusive leadership. Domonique has worked with organizations in the areas of education, public health, environmental conservation, and public policy. Domonique has over six years of experience volunteering and partnering with community leaders to design, implement, and evaluate culturally-relevant interventions for youth and families. Domonique is an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore where she teaches diversity, equity, and inclusion in organizational psychology. She has experience serving on diversity, equity, and inclusion committees in higher education to make visible issues of inclusion and providing recommendations for initiatives to combat such challenges. When she’s not working, Domonique enjoys dance, meditation, and family archiving.
