As Operations Manager, Susan is responsible for managing firm-wide IT, facilities, and systems administration at Harder+Company. A consummate multi-tasker, she brings energy and skill to a wide variety of operational processes, including ensuring our phone, internet, and videoconferencing systems run smoothly; managing equipment purchases, leases, and inventory; facilitating ergonomic assessments; supporting compliance with disaster and safety policies; administering our customer relationship management database; and training new staff on time and expense reporting. Susan also serves as office manager for our Sacramento office, where she implements staff trainings and equipment upgrades, among many other activities.
Susan joined Harder+Company in May 2003. Previously, she worked as a commercial real estate property manager, a position that allowed her to hone her exceptional financial, administrative, and office coordination skills.
