Kyle Hartman

Kyle Hartman has a diverse work experience in finance, strategy, and operations. Kyle started as a Financial Analyst at Sterne Agee, where they eventually became a Senior Financial Analyst. Kyle then moved to Piper Jaffray as an Associate in Financial Services Investment Banking. Later, they transitioned to American Express, where they held roles as a Senior Manager in Amex Strategy and Senior Product Manager in Kabbage Lending. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Hardhat Workforce Solutions. Additionally, they completed an MBA Internship at ZX Ventures.

Kyle Hartman completed their Bachelor of Arts in Economics at North Carolina State University in 2012. Kyle later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Columbia Business School, graduating in 2019. Additionally, they studied in Buenos Aires, Argentina at the Universidad de Belgrano.
