Kristen Fajt, MBA, has extensive experience in the production and operations field. Kristen currently serves as the Sr. Director of Finance & Operations at HardPin, where they provide leadership to production management teams and develops and tracks the annual budget. Kristen also creates and maintains relationships with key production vendors to manage workflow and cost efficiencies.

Prior to their role at HardPin, Kristen worked as the Production/Director of Operations at the same company. During this time, they developed and streamlined the Production Management structure and built a high-performing team. Kristen served as an On-site Executive in Charge for multiple high-profile clients and directed talent management functions such as hiring and onboarding. Kristen also championed efforts to manage and execute performance reviews.

Before joining HardPin, Kristen worked as a Production Coordinator at The Recording Academy, where they partnered with the organization to create effective content for grammy.com. Kristen ensured optimized communication with integrated marketing and developed digital content for performances and branded activations.

Kristen's earlier experience includes roles at Viacom, where they worked as a Production Manager, overseeing production calendars and managing operations for live performances. Kristen also served as a Production Coordinator, contributing to the development and execution of site plans for live events and managing union payroll. Kristen started their career as a Production Assistant at Nu Image - Millennium Films.

Kristen Fajt, MBA received their Bachelor's degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Quinnipiac University in 2013. Kristen then went on to pursue higher education and recently completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Quinnipiac University in 2022.
