Badari Narayana

Badari Narayana serves as the Global Strategy Director (Consultant) at Menergy Group since November 2022 and as a Consultant for Workforce Transformation at HARDSKILLS from March 2023. Badari Narayana has been a Partner at MixORG since May 2013, overseeing a digital consulting company focused on technology solutions and leading multi-disciplinary teams. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Menergy Group from January 2017 to March 2023, Manager of Offshore Projects at La Mer Maritime (P) Ltd from November 2014 to December 2016, and Shipbroker for Offshore Services at ICAP Shipping from January 2011 to October 2014. Badari Narayana holds a Master’s Degree in Maritime Operations and Management from NTNU, TU Delft, and City University London (2008-2010) and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (2004-2008).
