Shoba Purushothaman

Shoba Purushothaman is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in digital learning, training, and media. As Co-Founder of HARDSKILLS since 2017, Shoba has led the development of a digital learning platform focused on enhancing high-performance skills within teams. Prior experience includes co-founding Training Ventures Pte Ltd, where Shoba specialized in global business training, and serving as Co-Founder and CEO of The NewsMarket, a digital media company. Additional leadership roles include Board Director and Chair at Synaptic Digital, and co-founding Bulletin International Limited. Early in the career, Shoba worked as a journalist for Dow Jones & Co. with a focus on financial markets. Educational credentials include an OPM29 from Harvard Business School and a Master's degree in Economic Communications from American University, among others.
