Toby Vaughan

Toby Vaughan has extensive work experience in the finance and investment management industry. Toby currently holds the position of Chief Investment Officer at Hargreaves Lansdown since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Group Head of Investment Management and Chief Investment Officer at Brown Shipley from October 2018 to May 2021. Toby also worked at Santander Asset Management, where they held various roles including Head of Multi Strategy Solutions and Head of Fund Management, Global Multi Asset Solutions. Before joining Santander, they worked as a Senior Fund Manager at LV Asset Management and as a Director of Asset Allocation at F&C Management Limited.

Toby Vaughan attended Leeds University from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Economics & Management.
