Kristyn Bradley

Kristyn Bradley is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management and systems optimization. Currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at Hariri Pontarini Architects since May 2022, Kristyn is responsible for identifying performance gaps and overseeing the implementation of an HRIS system to manage various HR functions. Previously, Kristyn held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Herjavec Group, where key achievements included leading the HRIS systems initiative and integrating an applicant tracking system, resulting in significant cost savings. Additional experience includes roles as HR Coordinator at Vistek and Talent Specialist at Career Edge Organization, each contributing to a robust expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Kristyn holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from Humber College.
