Janine Clements

Janine Clements serves as the Group Commercial & Policy Lead at Harland & Wolff since January 2023. Prior to this role, Janine held various positions, including Commercial Director/Consultant at Commas Ltd from April 2005 to January 2023, and Commercial Specialist at AirTanker in two tenures (2005-2008 and 2021-2022). Earlier experiences include working as a Commercial Specialist and Head of Commercial at MACE Group Limited and Severn River Crossing Plc, respectively. Janine's expertise encompasses high-level stakeholder engagement, commercial governance, and contract negotiation, including significant roles in managing multi-million-pound budgets and driving commercial acumen within organizations. Janine possesses a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from the University of the West of England.
