Marini Bacal

Marini Bacal is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in account management and executive assistance. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Harlem Capital since June 2022, Marini previously held multiple roles at Shopee, including Key Account Manager and Junior Relationship Manager, where management of seller accounts was a primary focus. Prior experience includes working as an Account Executive at Ninja Van and various leadership positions within the UP Junior Executive Society and the College of Economics and Management Student Council. Marini holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness Management from the University of the Philippines Los Baños, earned in 2019.
