Alycia Cooksey

Alycia Cooksey, LCSW has a diverse range of work experience in the field of social work. Alycia Cooksey, began their career in 1999 as an HIV Administrator at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Alycia Cooksey, later worked at The Door - A Center of Alternatives as a Resident Coach from 2010 to 2013. From 2015 to 2017, Alycia worked at VIP Community Services as a Therapist and Project Manager. Alycia Cooksey, then moved on to Addicts Rehabilitation Ctr, where they served as a Program Director from 2017 to 2018. Alycia also worked at Acacia Network as a Mental Health Evaluator from 2018 to 2020. From 2007 to 2020, they worked at Harlem United in various roles, including Case Manager and Administrator on Duty. Since 2023, Alycia has been working as a Clinical Director at Harlem United.

Alycia Cooksey, LCSW completed their education at the City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College, where they obtained a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree in 2007. Alycia Cooksey, has also obtained additional certifications, including being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2016, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in 2014, and completing a Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) in 2015.
