Michael Lancaster

Michael Lancaster has a significant work experience in the field of physiotherapy. Michael has worked as the Head of Medical Services at Harlequin FC since March 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Head Athletic Performance Physiotherapist at GWS Giants from February 2017 to February 2019. Michael also worked as a Consultant Senior Physiotherapist at the Rugby Football Union from May 2013 to March 2017. Additionally, they have experience as the Head of Sports Medicine at Worcester Warriors from May 2012 to January 2017, where they also held other roles such as Worcester Warriors Senior Physiotherapist and Head Academy / Senior Squad Physiotherapist. Michael has also worked as the Head Physiotherapist for Wales rugby league during the Wales Students World Cup. Michael started their career as a Senior Physiotherapist at Active Living Physiotherapy and later worked as a Physiotherapist at Aintree University Hospital, North Mersey HIS.

Michael Lancaster has a bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Liverpool. Michael completed this degree from 1999 to 2003. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a master's degree in Sports & Exercise Medicine from the University of Nottingham.
