Marc Howze

Marc Howze is group president, lifecycle solutions, and chief administrative officer for Deere & Company. He was elected to the Nationwide Board of Directors in 2018.

Among the many areas of Howze’s responsibility at Deere & Company are the global aftermarket and customer support, human resources and labor relations, supply management and logistics, brand management and communications, and the John Deere Foundation. He has held varied Deere leadership positions including associate general counsel, global director-cotton harvesting product line, and president-global human resources and employee communications. Prior to joining Deere & Company, he served in the U.S. Army as an artillery officer and in various capacities as a judge advocate.
